Neocaridina shrimp are hardy, adaptable, and ideal for beginners and experienced keepers alike.

When do you ship live shrimp?
We only ship Monday through Wednesday to reduce the risk of weekend delays and ensure the safe arrival of our animals.
Our processing time is 1–7 business days, as we only ship live orders Monday through Wednesday. This allows us to properly prepare, pack, and ship each order with care.
What is your cancellation policy?
All canceled orders are subject to:
A 10% cancellation fee due to labor and materials used to prepare the order
Do you offer a Live Arrival Guarantee?
Absolutely. We stand behind our shrimp with a Live Arrival Guarantee.
If any shrimp arrive Dead on Arrival (DOA):
Take clear photos of the unopened bags
Email them to customerservice@simplyshrimply.com
Submit claims within 6 hours of delivery
Once approved, you may choose:
A refund, or
A gift card for the cost of the animal(s)
If you’d like replacements, we’ll send an invoice for shipping costs only.
Please note:
Claims will be void if packages are left outside for extended periods or exposed to extreme temperatures after delivery.
What happens during extreme weather?
If temperatures hit unsafe levels, we’ll hold your order until conditions are safe to ship. Shrimp health always comes first.
We include heat packs or cold packs at no additional cost when needed.
If you’d rather avoid weather holds, we recommend selecting UPS Next Day Air Saver at checkout.
